Cylindrical Roller Bearings
The cylindrical roller bearings consist of straight geometry for the outer ring, inner ring and roller. The cage can be polyamide, steel or brass. The outer and inner rings are separable. These bearing can accommodate high radial load as the roller make line contact with the raceway. The bearings are available in a number of designs and sizes. Different types of bearings are designated as NU, NJ, NUP, N, NF and NH for single-row bearings and NNU & NN for double-row bearings.
Depending on the type of flange on the inner or outer, Cylindrical Roller Bearings are classified into the following types:
Single Row Cylindrical Roller Bearing
Single row roller bearings are used in all traction motors for electric locomotives and electric cars. These bearings are utilized due to their high-speed and heavy-load capabilities, as well as their ease of assembly and disassembly. Insulated bearings were developed for traction motors.

Double row cylindrical roller bearing
NBC manufactures double row roller bearings with both cylindrical bore and tapered bore.
These Bearings are widely used for applications requiring thin-walled bearings, such as the main shafts of machine tools, rolling machine rollers, and printing equipment. Internal radial clearance is adjusted for the spindle of machine tools by pressing the tapered bore of the inner ring.

Four Row Roller Bearing
NBC produces four row roller bearing in different designs and arrangements depending on the requirement of the application.
The variations are based on the number of inner and outer rings, number of loose or integral flanges on the outer ring/ inner ring and type of cage design.
These four row bearings are mainly used in the necks of rolling machine rollers – they are designed for the maximum rated load to accommodate the severely limited space in the roller neck section of such equipment. In the event of a requirement where the bearings are mounted with a loose fit on the roll neck, the bearings are made with helical grooves in the bore or lubrication grooves in the side faces of the bearing rings so that the mating surfaces are efficiently lubricated.

Full Complement Cylindrical Bearing
Thrust bearings incorporating cylindrical rollers that are available in a single row, double row cylindrical thrust roller bearings are able to receive axial loads only and have high axial rigidity which makes them well suited for heavy axial loads. Bearings with dimensions not listed in the dimension tables are also manufactured. Contact the best bearing manufacturer for more information.
